Timber Flooring Hillman

Hillman is mostly inland and slightly more forgiving on humidity than the coastal suburbs. Solid Australian species — Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Jarrah and Marri — perform beautifully here and carry an unmistakable WA character.

For Hillman's older housing stock, sanding and refinishing existing solid timber floors is often the best outcome. We use dust-managed equipment and multi-coat water-based finishes for a durable, low-odour result.

New builds and full renovations are equally well suited to engineered oak, which we install directly to the slab with proper moisture management.
